Umm... Funnyjunk hosts adverts to make money in order to keep the site up, part of their agreement is to allow those postings - why else would they not moderate them? - By mod I mean simply to employ charector and keyword filters - it can be done and isn't bc hey its proffitable... all in all.. everyone shut up and ignore the sites.
