When a tattoo heals, it leaves a scab that contains pigment. It flakes off eventually, leaving the tattoo underneath. Also those brown flecks are freckles.

It's not Henna, It's real. She's a Dutch girl that claims that she asked for 3 stars. But she said she felt asleep and when she woke up there were 56 stars on her face. Later she told that it was all a lie, and that she was afraid from her dad because he didn't liked the tattoo. Sorry for my bad English btw :)

Have you looked at the news in the last few weeks? It actually fucking happened and made the news. Also, if you ever got a real tattoo, you'd know that only a real tattoo causes the areas with ink to swell up like that when it's brand new. Henna is just a longer lasting temporary tattoo...these are real.
