Well. Ideally my little brother would become a zombie immediately, thus enabling me to both get rid of his annoying ass while simultaneously acting as an intro into the whole zombie shebang. Then, I'd drive our monster van (seriously, this F-350 can haul ASS. Look up f350 van on google, and you'll see a smaller version of what I have. It can comfortably hold 15 people, but I'm willing to bet it could ferry food, ammo, etc, equally easily.) to go rescue my GF, along with a couple choice buddies. Did I mention that I live in redneckville, AR, and have a small armory with ammunition in the basement? I'm fucking SET!

Fuck, I live in Wenatchee Washington, but I got a buddy from Montana who maintains a small armory of handguns and rifles (no shotguns). His mom has a few shotguns and several rifles, and is a proven marksman (lotta hunting in Montana). The 16 year old daughter is trained in the use of every weapon in the house, despite not owning any herself. Fuck, when the zombies come, I'm going to his place. I'm bringing my Remington with me.

I have the worst set up at the moment for a zombie apocalypse. I have no access to guns, I live near one of the highest populated areas around, and I live near a highway so I'll be dodging cars. Closest I have to a weapon are my golf clubs.
