fast forward? hell no-- i would pause the tape about 10 seconds before the movie starts, take it out, take a pair of scissors and scotch tape and hack out the first 10 minutes or so of video tape and then scotch tape the rest to the leader.

what i cant stand is renting movies these days! back in the day you rented a vhs..and it simply worked! these days you rent a dvd...and it's scratched to shit cuz ppl rent them and let their kids fuck around with them..or leave them sitting out..so you go and rent it and it doesnt work..and the video place offeres you a refund or a free rental..so you have to go all the way back..i dont want another rental..i dont want to go all the way back..i want my fucking movie to work the first damn time!

listen to october--he speaks the truth--i have a friend who was a studio musician for years--the RIAA keeps over 80 percent of the money from a record sale for themselves, 18 percent goes to the recording label, only 2 pennies out of every dollar goes to the artists--the singer and/or the songwriter. so for a 10 dollar cd in your discount bin at walmart, your favorite singer gets MAYBE 2 dollars, usually less because most musicians dont write their own music.
