i hate you because when i was a kid, carroll country always got off school for snow but baltimore never did. i would get up in the AM and watch the news and i knew that once it hit carroll county then there was no chance for us.

Lol I feel you. I live in Harford and the same happens to us. However, since an accident happened in the early morning on a day where there was a hell of a lot of ice, Harford County shits themselves whenever it snows.
