nono... fuck salad as in screw it, I hate it, not as in have sex with. "Fuck, salad," translates to "sex, salad;" or "Screw it, salad," as if to imply you had another meal plan but changed your mind and went with salad. Of course "fuck salad" could also translate to "sex salad," which I assume is either the world's best salad, or some odd sexual situation or position I'm unfamiliar with, and still probably the world's best type of salad.
