if you turned engine off then power steering wouldn't work and the steering would lock and you'd die...
the brakes wouldn't stop a car; they'd burn out and catch fire...
if you put it into neutral then the engine would blow because of the revs and you may die but it depends...
and driving against the wind is bullshit

Have you ever driven a car?

Turn the engine off, leave the acc power on: your steering column won't lock up.
Brakes are kinda designed to stop a car, that's why they're there.
Putting it in neutral lets the engine hit the rev limiter, it won't blow the engine.
