And Spider-man does not outclass most heroes from Marvel, Punisher, the X-men, Hulk (Maybe if he was Bruce Banner and not big and green at the time he would be outclassed by Spider-man), Blade, Deadpool (He's so awesome he outclasses the X-men altogether), and the list goes on.
Spider-man only outclasses Captain America and someone else. She-hulk! There ya go, another hero he barely outclasses, She-Hulk sucks something fierce (Giggity).

And while Batman may be badass, you kinda have to be into him to know his story. If you don't really read comics you have no idea why he fights. Whereas with Marvel characters, everyone knows Peter likes Mary Jane. And that he's kind of a nerd. That's why I like marvel. It's a lot more personable.

freedomfromlife **User deleted account** (04/13/2011) [-] DC usually writes their comics and does their artwork with more maturity then Marvel (MOST of the time), they're usually darker and bloodier in story line and artwork, but their comics lack interest to me, whereas The Punisher and Deadpool are always worth the read, no matter what the premise is or what they are doing in any 1 comic.
