Already been posted. Botflies can't get in your brain, if they did, they would die of suffocation. They can burrow into your scalp, but they will not go through the skull. They only live under you skin and leave when they reach maturity. It is possible to remove the botfly by putting something to obstruct the hole they breath through, such as petroleum jelly, then pulling them out with tweezers or by squeezing them out.
