Or, you could use a simple graphic alphabet. Tap your pencil on the desk. It would work extremely well for multiple choice questions. Tap the row number-pause-then tap the column number for each letter. For example, W would be 5 taps-pause-2 taps.

i actually did this with my friends for a math test it worked....we learned morse code and did this for fun...we used pencils cuz teacher said no ipods

we got a printout of all the morse code stuff (letters periods and such) lol tapping all over when test day came...instead of using our study groups for the math reviews we used them for learning morse code

That would be flawless if the teacher is a guy, because in case he notices something strange he most probably won't ask the girl to show him her breasts, or in the rare case he dares to do so the girl can just refuse .
