Heat Crash does more damage the heavier the user is than its target. Only Pignite and Emboar can use the move, and Emboar weights 155kg. FUCK IM GLAD I CHOSE TEPIG.

Actually, it always does damage equal to the user's level. You may be thinking of Grass Knot, which does damage according to foe's weight.
