If he did, he was very vague with it. He never said "Two buildings will blow up from a plane in the US." We interpreted that way, it could have meant a million other things.

Nothing about the east or west. New York City is also not considered "The City Of God" although it is called "The big apple" that resembles "Big city" somewhat but it would not make since since he called it "City of God" also.
