i guess everyone has their own opinion, but the thumbs down button is only utilized if the pic is not funny and the thumbs up vice versa, so by thumbs downing just because I "don't know my audience" is misuitilizing the button. The correct response would have been to just leave a comment informing me and neither thumbs up-ing or thumbs down-ing.
