TeamAmerica (02/16/2011) [-] The half-moon circles in the center is the IceHud addon. A nice addon, but I proffer MetaHud for the lower memory usage along with Doom-Cooldown-Pulse.
I see the player is using some kind of Bartender to move the action-bars and buttons around. A better use of Bartender is to make everything fit in SpartanUI, which moves the map also.
Judging from the spells the player is using a Blood Elf Palidan, which explains why the screen is so messy...fucking Whore'd.
As this is a pic of a 25-man raid, I would suggest XPearl to clean up the unit frames.
