i think the story was,...after god created adam, the devil spat on him and the spit burned, and when adam tore off that flesh it healed into the belly button

then when eve was created she got born with it

you actually asked that question on yahooanswers and one of the answers i got was that god created them as the perfect image (ie with belly buttons and all that) and all christians believe that the oerfect image is god, so does god have a belly button, and if so, where did he get his?
