Max (Read Description for Good Update)

Hey guys,
You see this dog here?
He' s eleven months old, energetic
and the friendliest animal
you' d ever meet.
He' s never snapped at anyone
and lets kids smack him
around all daylong.
He' s also being put
to sleep on Monday.
See, this dog is notoriously bad
at getting off his chain.
He belongs to my coworker who
is seven months pregnant and
can' t go chasing after him.
After running off on Saturday, my
coworker had to leave him and come
to work. As usual, he returned back
to his home a few hours later.
But as he was playing, a woman walked
to pet him, where he
proceeded to bark at her -- defend
his territory and masters.
The woman phoned our local dog
catcher and he was marked
My coworker is now faced with
a fine she cannot afford to pay to
save this animal that she' s been
trying to find a new home for.
Even if she could pay the fine and
appear in court for her dog, he
would get out and be captured
again. A dog would
be walking the street.
No matter what we do,
this dog will die within a
few weeks.
Her neighbours continuously
call him as a dog loose,
even when on his chain.
As if determined to get
rid of this doge-
I wish I could ask you guys for
help on this situation, but we'
done everything we could to
combat it these last few days.
This dog will die on
Monday January 17th, 2011.

Now why do I bother posting this?
This is funnyjunk!!
This may not be funny, but it' s a sad
realitys- innocent animals die
because someone said they were
aggressive, vicious or dangerous.
I don' t buy into that Pera
nonesense, but this isn' t fair.
This isn' t Just. And this isn' t
solving a problem, it' s Just
putting a false end to it.
So this isn' t funny,
it can' t be prevented.
But I post it so maybe it can be
avoided for other animals.
And to say a final goodbye.
Sorry it ended up like this, Max.
Oh, and this dog? He probably
won' t recieve lethal injection.
Since I live in such a small, hick
town there' s a good chance all
he' ll get is a bullet.
So much for justice.
