Because colorblind people see in black and white right? I would have called bullshit on the fact that all three lights are on at once.

they can see solor but they just get them messed up like if a colors green they will see blue idk if thats what they will see its just and what i think

Not quite. The colors that we are "blind" in are just shifted a few shades into grey. And so, when we juxtapose say, a greyish-red and a greyish-green, it gets hard to confusing. It's not like we actually see another color, we just try to compensate for it.

For example, I know to call a certain shade of grey "brown" because I've learned through experience that the color I am looking at really is a light brown.

One time, when I was five, I was coloring with my dad, and he started coloring this guy's beard green. He seriously thought it was Brown and that I was lying to him that it was green.
