I was replaying Halo 2 a few days back, and I was playing the part where you're going after the prophet of Regret (I think?) on Heroic (the difficulty where marines just become fodder). Through the entire mission, only one marine and I had survived.
Her weapon?
A plasma pistol.
This happened to me again in Halo 3, first mission on Heroic.
The dude lived using a plasma pistol.
We need to start giving the marines plasma pistols more often.

Did anyone else use the rocket launcher all the way down to one shot left and then gave it to the marine with the pistol because he has infinite ammo and was accurate as fuck with it?
