Perfect controller is two joysticks, d-pad, four main buttons (ex. A,B,X,Y,) two pairs of rear buttons (Ex. R1, L1...)
If a game really needs that much buttons, it should be only for PC.

I would try and play a game with this just to see if I could do it. With a week's practice, I bet I could. Yes, I am a video game nerd, I have no life, oh well.
