135 ain't that big a deal to max out in. but i will admit a lot of people new to my weights class (who are usually sophomores) can't lift much more than that.
and i bet some of the people saying its not very much weight can't lift it themselves.

used to bench 205 in highschool..... just went back to the gym struggling at 160
1. Im not a eurofag, you fucking idiot.
2. Football, while awesome and enjoyable, doesn't require as many skills or mental quickness that Rugby does. Not to say that football players don't think, they do, just not as much as a rugby player (at least in my position)
3. no pads are worn in rugby (we hit harder BTW) because the people who invented it decided pads were for girls.
4. I bet you wouldn't be talking shit if you were in front of someone who plays a forward position.
So please, go suck a lemon.

this doesnt suprize me.
it wasnt that much weight.
me and my friend had weight trainning one year. he beat me on squats and powercleans but i always beat him on bench.
at the end of the year he was powercleaning 175 and i was still only doing 160.
on squats he had made it to 295. i was at 290 soooooooooo close
on bench he did 160 and i did 175.(yea i know were weak) but it was fun. i miss weight trainning
