Well, if you do ctrl+R, then it shows numbers along the top and side of the screen, you can make something exactly to the 600 or whatever mark and use the numbers to estimate the center..

Well obviously there's no other way.
Either settle with something or stfu.
If you really want to, do ctrl+G, make the text, count how many squares the text takes up, and count the squares across the grid and count how many it would be for the text to be centered.
IE{- being the squares, _ the text}

I hope that makes some sort of sense.

You don't have to explain basics to me.

I posted this to point out that Microsoft forgot to put alignments (left, right, center) for text in their new MSPaint for Windows 7.

I have Photoshop.

I post that Microsoft screwed up, people post other ways to center text which are not centering text, it's just guessing if the text is in the center, which doesn't count. This is all a joke on Microsoft.
