I am not saying Lee isn't probably the greatest martial artist to ever live. However, just because he pushed them back doesnt mean a whole lot. A blow to an opponent should damage them immensely and not force them back whatsoever because all the power should hit them and not be transferred into force aka inertia moving them in a direction. Im sure he is capable of that and this was all for show.

I understand what you are saying, but this type of demonstration doesn't have the target in a solid stance, and the target are encouraged to be loose and relaxed. Safety, of course.

If the target was tense, and assumed a solid fighting stance, the blow would 'Crush' instead of 'Push' (AKA, braking anything in it's path)
