If my cat is outside and I arrive home in my driveway, he will come up to the car and cry out loudly and roll around, purirng. If I don't get out after a minute or so, he'll climb up on the car and look at me through the windshield to see what is taking me so goddamn long.

if you need something to give you constant validation because you are a messed up creep: get a dog

if you want an animal a bit more sophisticated: get a cat

Am I the only one with cats that lose their minds when I'm gone?
Like, I come back after a week and they're all over me. My oldest wants to be snuggled for an hour and my youngest wants me to pet her for an hour.

They're both fed, cared for, litter is changed daily (I get somebody to care for them while I'm gone) but they always react the same way.

Everytime I see these posts about heartless cats, I just stare at my own in utter confusion.
I love the furballs, though.

inb4 red thumbs because I'm anon
