I think it's funny that people seem to assume that it's only America being watched an operation like the NSA, and that their own Country doesn't have similar operations. Long before this was even exposed, so many people already knew that we were being watched, and so are other places.

Anyhow, other countries do not have a bill of rights.

Well, I suppose they just live with it. Every government is unjust for better or worse.
India allows rape go unpunished most of the time. I'm not justifying what the NSA does, but it is for the "protection" of the people and "anticipation" of any type of attacks.
But what do I know.
