The first computers were ****** and the size of a room, so yes lets go and stick to those and not the ones we have now. Its a work in progress, much like your brains.

It's still in its infancy. Who knows? We might have Stark-like tech in a decade

Sticking with what you've already got is a terrible way to make progress.
Imagine if they said "Stick with horses, and stop making unconventional things like a motor"

Computer's are widely used in long sessions. Having to lift your arm up and move it around mid air and then back to the keyboard is very ineffective and uncomfortable. Heck, moving your arm in the air itself is more tiring than a K+M combination. It's much more practical to simply make a better "ALT + Tab" interface similar to the one shown, but navigated with the mouse/keyboard.

What's better#1: A touchable hologram computer. The hand is an unreliable input device on itself, but having a solid surface to work on changes that. I hear a bunch of Jap scientists were working on a touchable hologram. Now, THAT, could be the steam engine we're waiting for in our age of horses. A hologram computer laid out in the manner of a PC would actually be cool AND practical.

What's better#2: A more efficient A.I assistant.

Can we combine the touchable hologram and AI assistant and name it JARVIS? Because that's what I will have to call mine when that comes out.

Ditto to devik.

It won't cheap, that's for sure, but I was expecting to to be a clear multiple of what it is.
Damn.
Temptation has set in. I'll wait for a while before ordering it or anything, just to be sure I really want one.

Can't think of all too much I'd use it for, as good as it looks it surely can't be as accurate as a simple, old optic mouse, eh?
