Damn, so many people here think that graduating high school is the most single importent thing in this world. and if you don't pass all your subjects you are a retard.
Let me tell you, it doesn't mean you're a retard if you don't graduate high school.
People that graduate can be a lot more retarted than the people that don't graduate.
So many people here are living in a bobble, i see not a lot of you go out a lot.
Thinking that the first years of school, even before 20 years old is the most importent thing in your lifes and that it decides your life forever.
inb: "O U DUM FUK, U DIDNT GRADUATE AND U MAD HAHA.
i did graduate and i do think so, i know many people who graduated barely that are much smarter than people who graduate with the best grades in the school or some shit i dont know.
You having "good grades" doesn't mean you are smart.

Say that when even McDonalds won't hire you.

Also, you sound like you didn't graduate high school and are trying to convince yourself that you aren't stupid. But you probably slacked off the entire time and failed.

Read comment #117
Everyone are always talking about mcdonalts is just retarted because you put yourself at some spot that is like: its school or mcdonalts(or every other fast food company) its very untrue. you can get a good paying job without graduating.

No, it can mean you know how to sit on your ass and read something and remember it really good but after the exam forget about it and move it like it never happened, then not remember a single thing of what you have learned.
But not always, some people have good grades because they are smart, not everyone.
You can have good grades but be such a dumb ass about life and everything and not even understand it.

Okay, number of problems here.

While you do have somewhat of a point, it is still important to graduate seeing as someone with college experience will get the job over someone who doesn't have it, and to get into college, you need to graduate high school or pass a GED. Even then, someone with a high school education will receive a decent job, whereas someone who drops out of school is incredibly limited to anything they do, as most companies have a policy requiring you to have a GED to either get a job or promotion.
Not to mention, graduating seems incredibly important to people because it is what they have been working for, for 12 of their 15 cognizant years, so it's practically their entire life. So relatively speaking...
Yes. Graduation is one of the most important events of a young adult's life.

So you are saying you can succeed in like if you don't graduate ?
Thats a pretty bad statement.
And i didnt say anything about collage, collage is impotent, i was talking about high school.

I may be wrong, but most, if not all colleges, require you to pass the GED. And it's not that you can't live if you don't graduate high school, but no, you really can't have a decent life, because businesses either won't higher you, or they won't give you a good enough job to actually allow you to live. You can't even manage a fast food restaurant without graduating.

And anyways, college* helps you communicate with people through writing, debating, and speaking, two of these things you are clearly not good at.

School does help you to get a better job but there are many people who didnt graduate and have good jobs as artists, musicians, film makers, etc...
It is a more difficult path and more risky because if you wont succeed at what you do you are screwed.

What i am saying is that schooling is a safer path than risking it on something else, but you can make it and get a good paying job.

Name one artist, director, or musician who did not graduate high school.

For one, directors actually DO go to college, because they need a degree to be directors. The knowledge needed to make a film doesn't simply appear out of nowhere.

Again, i didn't say about about collage, collage is important.

A top comment in the site that is very interesting "When one of my students bring up a successful drop out, I say to them "Its one thing to drop out because school is getting in the way of your success, it's another to drop out because you just don't like it"

But again, its still very risky. i didn't drop out of school( although because i really wanted) because i didn't have any alternative road to take, i stayed and finished it.
