I dont see how this is downvoted? Steroids reduce the amount of testosteron in your body which has NOTHING to do with dick size. It CAN take away your libido but this only lasts a few weeks. The only thing that will become smaller is your nutsack, and its temporary.

Actually they don't make a dick smaller but can make the balls grow abnormally huge, which is very painful.

.... what the **** kind of steroids are you taking? Steroids typically cause your body to produce less testosterone on their own, and since that is typically the sole function of testicles, the body stops using them, and the balls start to shrink.

"Typically" in this sense ignores purely reproductive purposes. Sterility is also a side effect of steroid use, though, so that as well.
