Am I the only one who was waiting for it to be electrocuted?

Not necessarily...you can be electrocuted by completing a circuit phase to phase. i did that once with a branch while trimming trees...It was awesome. Besides he is on the cable lines, not electrical wires.

Correction that looks a little closer to an insulated three wire house drop.

Hard to tell. May be a 1 phase or a cable/tv lines. But then again if it was one phase, the 1 ph and the ground would be the two wires so... whatev. Ive seen dozens of them in the ditches under the lines. They like to climb up and eat corn on the top. its rather hilarious.

The funniest thing I have ever seen is a set of squirrel feet on an unisulated house drop that rolled itself horizontal...the squirrel walked down the lines till It got to the unisulated part and KABLOWIE. Laughed so damn hard I had to stop working for a few minutes...I wish I still had the pic of it.
