Everyone was trying to make their own rage face, and that was a time when something as simple as that was called a "meme".
That's why the term "meme" rings so sour now. It was butchered to the point it's become something of an insult.
Hell, some would consider the rage face days to be turning point of the "cancer", at least if you believe in that **** .
