Same thing happens to me sometimes. Try not to eat anything within roughly 10 to 12 hours of when you have to get up, so if you have to get up at 7, try not to eat anything after 7, 9 at the latest. You can still drink stuff, that doesn't seem to do much. Honestly, you should just go to the doctor, I've been postponing that for way too long.
