When I play Skyrim, I don't kill my enemies. When they're downed, and beg for mercy, that's when I run away, and slink out of sight.
I've murdered a few people accidentally though, missing targets with spells, DoT effects, etc;
So what do I do when I kill someone? I hide the body. I take off all of my clothes, and drop them on the nearest fire. Afterwards, I look for a stream or river to wash the blood off of my body.
I usually hide bodies in crevices or hard to reach places, and cover the corpse in random items from my inventory. Never food, because food attracts wild animals, usually miscellaneous things that I don't need.
