Its hard to be allergic to hedgehogs... that really blows man. But you should find him an owner that can hold him, they need like an hour of being held a day, for them to not freak out all the time.

no they're not actually. the hibernation thing is true though. they have to be at a temperature at at least 70-80 degrees at all times or their body will go into hibernation mode and that's not good when they're held in captivity

Very, they need to be held and hour a day, need to be cleaned alot and if they arnt held at a good tempture they hibernate and could die from it
