Just because Ive got nothing else to do, let's break this down:
The average weight of a man is around 190 lbs, which is then converted into 86.2 kg.
Velocity is always 10 meters/sec when faced with falling objects (or 9.98 meters/sec if you really know your **** ). Because the distance from the truck to the ground is much too short for air resistance to interfere, we shall exclude that from the calculations.
Momentum = mass * velocity
Momentum = 86.2 * 10
Momentum = 862 N
I'm going to go ahead and make the assumption that the box is around 6.25 kilograms
The box takes exactly TWO seconds to reach destination, which means that it's velocity is one story per second (there are two stories it travels). The height from ground to second story looks about 18 feet, so the distance to the destination would be 5.5 meters. That means that the velocity for this box should be 2.75 meters/sec.
Momentum = 6.25 * 2.75
Momentum = 17.2 N
Now that we have all of the components we need to solve, let's finally dig into this.
Force exerted by man = 2(mass of box * displacement of box )/(time^2)
862 = 2(6.25 * d)/4
862 = (12.5 * 2d)/4
(/0.5) 862 = 3.125 * 0.5d (/0.5)
(/6.25) 1724 = 6.25 * d (/6.25)
275.84 meters = distance box would be traveling under the force exerted by man
Converted to feet = 904.9 ft
By the Reversal Property, we are then allowed to reverse the force result of gravity on the man's weight, which just makes the answer one more decimal place closer.
Distance = 90.5 feet
9 + 0 + 5 = 14
4  1 = 3

This is actually a reverse gif. In the original they throw a box off of a building to get a handicapped guy into the truck.
