True...Prometheus takes place in 2093, and Alien in 2179, so it wouldn't be long enough between the two

well the derelict on lv-426 was probably headed for earth like the other ships. maybe we were guinea pigs for the black goo or the wanted to kill us for worshiping Jesus. and the the dead engineer on lv-426, did he die from his cargo of eggs or did some other alien come on board and head-hump him and then lay the eggs?

I think he was facehugged by his cargo, then chestburst a queen which laid the eggs.

i wonder what a engineer xeno looks like. except the deacon at the end of Prometheus that was the squid hugger infecting an engineer

the original design of the facehugger was actually very squid like and in the jon sphaits version of prometheus the facehugger was also very squid like
