God, I remember one time doing squats to the point I almost passed out the next 3 days were terrible. I cried whenever I saw a set of stairs.

this is my workout for the day. i know that feel bro.

Perform these exercises in order.
2 mile run for warm-up, but perform with some intensity.
1x Gecko 60 feet
10x Dive bomber burpees
Run .25 mile
20x Jump Jacks arms straight, clap hands
50x Leg Lifts
Run .25 mile
25x Push ups hold bottom for 2 seconds, hold top for 2 seconds before descending again
50x Leg lifts
Run.25 mile
50x Air Squats
1x Walking Lunge 120 feet
Run .25 mile
Repeat sequence 3 times; record time from start to finish and time to do each set.

When finished 3 times; go run 1.5 miles to warm down and then Stretch...important!
