I'm arachnophobic as well. But unless the spider is in person, it doesn't really creep me out. I can deal with spiders in video games without a prob. haha

ones in games bugged me. especially when they are widows the size of me. tarantulas twice the size of me. ANY spider where im the size of its leg or smaller.

I'm the opposite. The SMALLER the spider, the worse it is. Cuz the smaller it is, the harder it is to keep your eyes on. The little shits.

...i'm...scared of these...i inadvertently went into a cave in skyrim filled with these fuckers...it was the one on the way to either markarth or solitude...i think it was chill wind depths...oh god man...the horror...

Dem frostbite spiders.

They're too easily killed to be scary, imo. Except for that one mini-boss you fight earlier in the game. That one is a pain in the ass.

I know, but goddamn...hell it's not even the normal ones that i find creepy though...it's the ones that fucking drop from the ceilings.

Hmm... Video games don't usually scare me. Usually. I would like to see a game with the horror of Dead Space but the open world of Skyrim.

Imagine traveling through a swamp where you walk slower cuz you're trudging through muck and stuff. You intended on reaching the next town by nightfall but the swamp set you so far behind. So the light fades as you're walking along, and a deep mist rolls in. You can only see a few feet ahead of you, but you can hear splashing in the distance, other creatures in the marsh. You feel you're being watched so you finally decide to light that torch you've been carrying... And that's when the pack of werewolves that have been chasing you scurry around in the light, howling and darting in and out of view.

Some thriller-type battle music starts playing and you try to fend them off, getting knocked onto your back and stuff. And the whole fight you're "encumbered" due to the marsh.

Fuck that would be awesome.

Both, most likely. But only like gunpowder pistols/rifles. Thus you have that panicked reload-time while the werewolves are tearing at your face.
