what program did you use to add the text?

I made in gimp 2. Its freeware.

First add text to the image with text tool and in bottom left corner tick ´´use editor´´ option.
You can change color of text by changing color of foreground before using text tool. When you have all the text where you want,use layers window and make copies of that text so the text will appear under every single on frame.

Is it possible to use bordered text on it? or is it just single color text available.

I dont know that much. I am still learning xp Though I can take a look on it...

Just take care that the layer with text will be on top of layer which is supposed to be border for your text. You can arrange layers in layer window/dialog
