Its ironic because he was reporting that it was an impossibley diificult shot and amazing he made it. then he made it when casually throwing the ball back. Then afterwards you hear someone say Oh my god... and he says what? and they say you made that and he says, wait what really? did you get that on camera?
so yes its ironic.
