You're fucking retarded ANON. How the fuck would the driver know there was visual evidence. My guess was he was speeding too. Police would also measure his tire markings to see when he stopped and things such as that. He may have still been in the wrong just from the speed he was going. I don't know the speed limit of that rode, but he looked to be going way too fast. Also a tip for you, if someone runs in front of your vehicle don't speed up you fucking asshole.
