Normally the bike wouldn't stalled out already but since the throttle was in the dirt it was still getting juice. The guy made the mistake of picking up the bike without grabbing the clutch. Not to mention FMX bikes are adjusted to have really high idles despite being some of the most powerful you can get. So they'll pretty much drive themselves if ou don't hold the clutch or put it in neutral.
