this actually quite easy to do:
get a video of a train
Make a video of you doing swiping motion
Go into whatever video editing software you'd like, so long as it allows layers/ masking.
Put the video of you swiping as the background layer
Crop out the area around you, so that only you and the car are visiable (may require use of the Chromakey to make sure the colors match up)
put the train video above the original, on a seperate layer
put the cropped video on top of that, also on a seperate layer.
add video effect to the train layer to make it look like you threw/ swipped it.
Done.
