I'm going to have to call fake, there seems to be no upward propulsion, the guy would have come crashing down, but he seemed to move linear, parallel to the ground.

Anyone got a better way to explain? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Sorry to crush all your dreems but this is physical not possible! The train himself is an closed room so if you jump in a train the train wont drive beneath you. you can try it yourself by jumping in a train. otherwise if you jump in a plane or a train you would end to a wall of the train. and obviously hes not falling down.

The guy obviously applied force opposite to the train's movement. It would make him move slower than the train as long as he was in the air unless the train was filled with a fluid that would keep the velocity and acceleration of the content of the train uniform with the train itself.

Obviously we do not fill our trains with jello (no matter how cool that would be), the only problem I have with the gif is how long he manages to stay afloat. I did not account for gravity because usually humans can't stay in the air that long...

If you ever took physics you obviously did problems where "a bullet was fired from a gun on a moving vehicle". When fired in the opposite direction the bullet actually moves slower. (Bullet speed + vehicle speed) if you keep the opposite directions as positive and negative.
