I doubt that I would regret getting a PS3.
If you're talking about exclusives for the steambox, it is unlikely for there to be any. The steambox is just a linux-based pc, specifically made to play games off of Steam. ATM there are only 64 games which run on Steam which run natively in Linux, which further discourages me from buying the Steambox.

I've yet to completely condemn the system, but I doubt that it will have a huge amount of exclusives outside of those published by Valve themselves (which may be enough to entice me to get the console, provided the price is reasonable.)
