My guess is IF North Korea follows through with the nuclear testing or whatever, we'll rip open their asshole with some nukes of our own. We probably have radiological alarms as well so when the second the launch, we know and destroy it...I hope...

if you're asking if destroying a nuke would set it off, then the answer is no. nukes work via complex nuclear fission reactions, which have to be initiated in a very specific way.
