Did that count as a Touchdown? It's didn't touch or cross the line, but the player did while he was holding it.

Actually he had no control of the ball when he landed in the end-zone, had part of him hit the ground before the ball crossed the line it would have been a touchdown.

That is not true.
If the ball doesn't cross the line, no touchdown.

Also sorry, I actually just looked up the rules NFL vs CFL I'm from Canada and grew up playing with CFL rules. The wording is different and actually in Canada what I said originally would be correct.

So now I ask...a QB throws a ball near the front corner of the end-zone, it goes out of bounds then goes into where the end-zone would be, but never crosses the goal line as it was out of bounds. The receiver makes a diving or outstretched catch, with both feet landing in bounds. However the ball at no time was in the end zone, what's the rule?

no, it didn't, because the ball didn't cross the endzone.
