But it's kinda like cheating - in my opinion. I can hardly bench-press 100kg, on a machine, I can (I don't know) push-out 130a few times. Smells like bullshit to me. Not to mention the difference between squatting and training legs on machines...
I mean... ummm.... In my opinion, burning fat just for the sake of it it's a girlish thing. Or for bodybuilders, who are from a long time bullshit-builders, I tell ya that. A man should concentrate on what he can do with muscles, the looks will follow. Look at boxers, or wrestlers. Or Olympic wight-lifters from medium weight classes. They look dope as fuck, and I bet they didn't achieve it by fitness.
