If you can see your own vehicle in your side mirrors, you're doing it wrong. So many people do not understand this.

I thought that if you were towing a trailer you had to see it, so you can see if anything goes wrong.

No. You use your rear view mirrors on your driving side to see cars behind and beside you (You can still see your truck), and the one on the passenger side to view cars behind and beside you (You should still be able to see the truck as well.) Whoever made this needs to fix there mirrors.

But you can still have cars that could pull in the carpool lane (Most right lane) that you can't see if you have you mirror adjusted on the trailer. Also, if you have to ride through towns, you need to be able to see parked cars beside you as well.
