I still prefer those ***** to the people who come into the gym and sit on a machine using their phone. That and the New Years work out people who work one machine for extremely long periods of time, taking long breaks between and just sitting around talking to their buddies who are on the machines around them.

Good gym rules to follow.
1. If you are not working the machine, do not be on it.
2. Leave your phone in the locker, you come here to work out, all your friends don't need to know you are at the gym.(Yes, some people like to have phone on them for emergency, but that doesn't mean they have to be on it the entire time they enter the gym.
3. If you are circuit training, keep the amount of machines you are using reasonable, other people pay just as much as you to work those machines.
4. MY biggest pet peeve, WIPE DOWN after you're finished with the machine. Especially if you tend to sweat a lot while working out, nobody wants to use a machine that looks like it just got pulled out of the nearest river.
5. Don't stare at other people while they are working out...bit creepy

Probably missed a few more big ones, but those are just the 5 main ones that happen at my gym.

for endurance im guessing. I havent done any weight lifting in the past year or so, but I think pushing yourself really hard after your muscles feel exhausted builds you quickly

It does, I take risks when working out, and probably build muscle too fast. But once I reach a certain Body fat ratio, I'm going to take it easy.

nice that's what i usually do when i use the bar. using dumbells can be better i heard because it gives you even more balance but you have to do less weight
