Dude no, all you have to do is build the word 2013 with white balls in blender or Cinema 3D or something and then have them react to gravity. you could take that video and overlay it on this one once you get the ball color matched. everything else is just playing the video backwards to make it look like they had bounced and then playing it forward to look like they fell again. I am pretty sure I could do this and I have almost no experience in video and only a little in 3D modeling programs.

Notice that the balls are out of view when they make contact with the ground for the switch over to fake ones.
