You can see a skateboard flying off the building with the guy. Skate 3 also has a REAL buggy physics engine which lets you do feats like that.

it is an unnatural movement and often these feel strange. just practice on something small until you get used to the feeling and then you can move up, I practised on a rabbit hutch about knee high first

Well, I would, I went to a meet last Saturday, but I snowed recently so I don't think it's a good idea right now.

I go into hibernation over the winter because of the terrible English weather

But yeah, I've been inside and doing a bit of weight lifting as of late - trying to build strength so I can climb easier.

I did these p4p videos on youtube but I am so lazy in the winter I just sit around eating chocolates and playing games, I will do it again soon though because it's getting depressing, I do ninjitsu though

Well I need to go to more meets and just get out more to practice, I don't usually do much by myself and it's harder for me to push myself without someone else there. I might sign up for track soon if I can.

p4p means passion for profession, they are exercise regimes, I do two videos for my chest and abs. I don't really push myself I just try to do it naturally and safely and no body else I know does parkour they just laugh at me so I do it on my own

There is a group over here called PKRI (Parkour Rhode Island) and I went to a meet with them for the first time last week, other than that everything I did was self-taught, but I practice with my friends sometimes too.
